Reseal & Renew is a locally owned and operated concrete and hardscape restoration company. Our roots are in concrete coatings and maintenance. In 2021, we noticed a lack of homeowner awareness of the benefits of resealing and renewing hardscape patios, porches, and driveways, coupled with concrete and landscaping contractors’ general wariness of sealers. So, we started a new business. Over the last two years, we have been helping our customers renew their surfaces and look forward to a busy 2023.
Typically, concrete and hardscape installers stick to their knitting. They do install patios, porches, and driveways but stop there. They often view the maintenance of these surfaces as complex, with a potential for bad results, so they avoid resealing their jobs altogether. Consequently, newly installed hardscape installations are unprotected, leading to their eventual deterioration. On the other hand, Reseal & Renew has resealing experience to extend the life and beauty of new and older hardscapes.
In Colorado, our 300 days of sunshine and freeze/thaw winters inevitably reduce once-beautiful installations into a patchwork of dirty, cracked, and stained surfaces. Reseal & Renew uses contractor-grade sealers formulated to protect and extend the life of hardscape patios, porches, and driveways. Premium sealers provide the look our customers want, prevent the growth of weeds and grass in joints, help protect pavers and natural stone against stains from grease, grime, and oil, inhibit insect infestations, and reduce the accumulation of mildew and mold.
Hardscape Restoration
Reseal & Renew believes that superior products produce consistent results. We take the time to understand each customer’s needs and purchase the best contractor-grade solvent or water-based sealants. Difficulties associated with sealers include over-application and applying products in poor weather. Moisture can become trapped under or within the product and can cause discoloration. By trusting Reseal and Renew with your concrete and hardscape restoration, you give your surface the best chance to look amazing.
We seal minor cracks, stabilize joints, jet power wash or sandblast surfaces until clean, then apply sealants after the surface is thoroughly dry. Our process restores hardscapes to a “like new” condition. Reseal & Renew recommends resealing every one to two years.
